Capital Investment & Loan (CIL), an up-start mortgage broker, is aggressively seeking highly motivated, career-driven, experienced loan officers. We have immediate openings in our Boston, MA office for territories throughout the state. CIL will consider opening a satellite sales office for qualified candidates.
Qualified Candidates will have a minimum of 1-2 years of outside mortgage origination experience, licensed through NMLS, SAFE Act compliant, excellent communication skills, and be highly motivated to succeed.
The Loan Officer will be responsible for originating mortgage products and services through Realtors, business partners, and client-based referrals in an outside sales environment. The Loan Officer will provide professional financial counseling to all mortgage customers and take accurate and complete loan applications. Capital Investment will process and close your loans from our Boston office.

Mortgage Processor with experience (POSITION HAS BEEN FILLED)
The processor ensures that the loan packages are accurate and complete with the required information filed correctly. Communicates with borrowers, Realtors, escrow, title, attorneys, lenders, appraisers and the team, keeping them updated on the status of the loan, clarifying the loan process and requesting information needed for the file. Needs to be assertive and capable of independently handling issues surrounding title and underwriting needs.
